In Deaf Culture... A blue car swerves down a street, knocking over garbage cans. It nearly misses a jogger as it plows through a flower bed. The owner of the garden shakes his fist angrily as he holds a water hose in his other hand. The car continues merrily on its way as a red car screeches to a halt nearby. Finally, it blows past a woman delivering the mail, emptying the contents of her bag into the air. The car looks almost as if it takes off--a bird swoops out of its way. Back at the red car with its incensed occupant, a label says: ROAD RAGE. Within the destructive blue car is a man thumbing away at his pager. Next to the car a label says: ROAD PAGE.
